Organization Settings
The Organization Settings page is where all global settings affecting the entire organization are managed. Access it from your avatar menu in the top-right corner, under Organization.
Profile Settings
Configure the following organization-level profile fields:
- Name — your organization's display name
- Email — primary contact email for the organization
- Phone — contact phone number
- Website — your organization's website URL
- Logo — upload and crop an organization logo
Profile details (name, logo, email, phone, website) are included in whitelabel prospection reports. Fill these out before generating reports for clients.
Email Notification Settings
Control which emails Palisade sends to your organization. Each setting covers one kind of email, and every setting is on by default. Changes apply to everyone in the organization, so only members with the organization update permission can edit them.
| Setting | Sent when | |
|---|---|---|
| Domain Drifted | Monitoring stopped for <domain> | A verified domain stops meeting its expected configuration, usually because Palisade was removed from its DMARC record |
| Domain Failed | <domain> verification has failed! | A domain moves into a failed state and is no longer authenticating as configured |
| Domain Setup | <domain> is now verified | A domain finishes setup and monitoring starts |
| Hosted SPF Live | Hosted SPF is live for <domain> | A domain's Hosted SPF setup finishes and begins serving |
| Ticket Digests | New tickets for your sending domains | Daily, listing the tickets opened in the last 24 hours that are still open when it is sent |
| Setup Reminders | How DMARC stops email sent as your domain<domain> is one DNS record away from protectionStuck on DNS? Quick question about your Palisade trial | Onboarding has stalled before a first domain is added or verified, including a trial that reaches day 7 with no domain |
| First Report | Your first DMARC data for <domain> is in<n> to fix on <domain> after your first week, or Your first DMARC data for <domain> is in when nothing needs fixing | Twice per domain: soon after a newly set-up domain's first DMARC data arrives, and again a week later |
| Invitation Reminders | <inviter> invited you to <organization> on Palisade<n> Palisade invitations about to expire | An invitation is still unaccepted, or is about to expire |
| Billing Notices | <domain> passed the Free plan monthly email allowanceYour first week of DMARC data for <domain><domain> is not verified, and your trial ends <date>Your Palisade trial ends on <date>Your Palisade trial has ended | A Free-plan organization passes its monthly allowance, or a trial with a domain reaches day 7, is three days from ending, or ends without a plan |
Tickets are covered as a group, not by type
Ticket Digests is the only setting that covers tickets, and it covers all of them. The digest does not distinguish between ticket types, so a single type cannot be muted on its own. Confirmed Sender Has Stopped Sending, for example, arrives in the digest alongside Fix Source Failing SPF and every other type.
The digest reports the tickets that are still open when it is sent, so a ticket that Palisade opens and resolves on its own inside the same day never reaches you.
What these settings do not change
Turning a setting off stops the email and nothing else:
- Tickets are still opened in Palisade and still appear on the Domains and Domain Overview pages.
- PSA tickets are still created. A PSA integration synchronizes tickets directly and does not read these settings.
- Webhooks still deliver. Choose which events reach you per endpoint instead. See webhooks.
Some email is not covered by any setting and always sends: your welcome email, sign-in verification codes, access requests, scheduled reports, failed-payment notices, the notice before monitoring stops, and replies to your own support requests.
Individual members cannot set their own preferences, but any member can use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of a notification to stop receiving that kind of email themselves.
